Finance
If you wish to enrol for one or two individual course units without committing yourself to pursue a full course of study, there is a separate ‘short-form registration’ which streamlines this procedure.

As a private college, NTC receives no support from government sources. Student expenses are kept as low as is practicable, and the College income is supplemented by church educational budgets and voluntary gifts from individual donors.
The College accredited programs (Advanced Diploma of Ministry, Bachelor of Ministry, Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies) enable eligible students to receive Austudy or Youth Allowance from the Australian government. Application for these programs should be made to your local Centrelink office.
NTC continually strives to broaden its commitment to student financial aid. Each year thousands of dollars are provided with the purpose of helping students complete their formal education. Several programs have been developed to help students meet their college financial obligations:
Matching Scholarships
A local church, based on its own criteria, may send funds to the college on behalf of full-time students. The college will match up to a predetermined amount per year per student, provided that the money from the local church is received within sixty days of the commencement of the semester. Funds sent in other national currencies will be converted at the current exchange rate prior to the college matching with Australian dollars. For further details please contact the Registrar.
Academic Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are given to full-time students based on the following criteria:
Academic Distinction Scholarship: an annual scholarship (disbursed each semester) is awarded to any full-time student who has completed a minimum of 80cp and has a cumulative gpa of at least 3.75 in the previous academic year, while taking at least 40cp in the current semester
Academic Merit Scholarship: a scholarship is awarded to any full-time student who has completed a minimum of 40cp and has a minimum gpa of 3.5 in the previous semester, while taking at least 40cp in the current semester; however, the student cannot be the recipient of an Academic Distinction Scholarship at the same time
Endowed Scholarships Funds
Annually, Endowment Scholarship funds are awarded to qualifying students. Criteria for the awarding of the scholarships are stipulated in agreement between the college and the scholarship sponsor. Scholarships will be awarded after the scholarship committee's review of every student. Some scholarships may not be awarded every year.
There is a limited amount of money available for distribution through scholarships and none of these awards will meet the total costs of your tuition fees at the College.
